Rob Littfin’s real estate career spans 32 years. Rob came to Durango in 1984 from the Denver area to attend Fort Lewis College and obtain his BA Degree in Business. He then moved to Scottsdale Arizona and was influenced by his father, a retired executive with Pulte Homes Corporation, to enter real estate. Rob joined Blue Chip Development Corporation as Sales Manager and was in charge of sales, marketing, assisted in Land acquisition & design. He then partnered his own real estate brokerage firm, Blue Chip Properties, Inc. which grew to 15 agents. Although the real estate market was hot, so too was the weather and he and his wife decided to move back to the cooler temps and lifestyle that Durango offered to raise a family.

Rob returned to Durango and joined forces with Tamarron Realty, Inc. as Associate Broker selling property throughout the Durango area. His focus for the next 8 years was on selling resort property at Tamarron Resort (managed by Hilton, Sheraton & Starwood Capital during his tenure), Glacier Club and the North Animas Valley. In 2004 he moved his license to Durango’s oldest Real Estate firm, Horizon Properties of Durango. Horizon Properties at the time was the exclusive affiliate with Christie’s Great Estates and this platform offered him the ideal situation to market the upper end of the market and some of the areas finest properties. Past and current affiliations include Residence International, Christies Great Estates, Classic Properties International, Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate aka LuxuryRealEstate.com, an International Network of Brokers representing Luxury Properties Worldwide. Rob moved his license to Legacy Properties West Sotheby’s International Realty giving his clients the very best exposure for their property to an International audience.
